San Francisco Vacation Rental 3BD #2 - Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements:15% of net rent (rate before taxes) due at time of reservation, remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and payable directly to owner. Cleaning fee is also payable directly to owner. An additional $500 damage deposit due at the time of the reservation, payable directly to owner. For reservations within 14 days entire rent is due.

Cancellation & Refunds:All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 15% deposit is non-refundable.

Damage Charges & Theft:Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately. Your damage deposit of $500.00 (less the cleaning fee--- $125.00 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights or $200.00 cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights or more) will be refunded within 10 business days of your departure after satisfactory inspection of the home is complete. Any damages to the Premises during and or monies owed shall be deducted from this security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount the cost of damages shall be due from guests with-in 10 days of notification of damage amount due.
