Description: Couples on the move or families on vacation, the Washington Square unit provides a solid home base to tour the city. An economic choice for quick access to San Franciscos most entertaining districts. North Beach, Chinatown, and the Broadway Strip are blocks away from this modest dwelling located in Little Italy less than 1 block from historic Washington Square Park. Leave the car parked and walk less than 2 blocks to Coit Tower.

Enjoy panoramic city view at the Transamerica Pyramid Building only 7 blocks away. The narrow streets of Roma come alive as you arrive in the heart of the Italian district. Enter from the reserved parking to the 3rd floor unit and enjoy three well sized bedrooms with an additional office and plenty of storage space. San Francisco Vacation Rental - Washington Square 3 Bedroom Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: One night payment at time of reservation, remainder to be paid at time of stay. Completely refundable damage deposit in the amount of $250 also required upon arrival at unit.

Cancellation & Refunds: Confirmed reservations cancelled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $70 processing fee. Confirmed reservations cancelled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge; unless the vacation rental can be re-rented. A $25 service fee will also be levied by Vacation-Renter, Inc.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
