The spacious one bedroom is perfect for tourists hoping to take advantage of many of San Francisco's most famous sites as well as those requiring an extended stay. Waterfront Vista has a separate bedroom, full sized bathroom with a bathtub, and a full sized kitchen. There is a pull out couch in the living room and small office area. While located in a very active area, the unit is quiet. Restaurants, shopping options, and public transportation are all just outside your door. San Francisco Vacation Rental - Waterfront Vista Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: One night payment at time of reservation, remainder to be paid at time of stay. Completely refundable damage deposit in the amount of $250 also required upon arrival at unit.

Cancellation & Refunds: Confirmed reservations cancelled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $70 processing fee. Confirmed reservations cancelled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge; unless the vacation rental can be re-rented. A $25 service fee will also be levied by Vacation-Renter, Inc.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
