San Francisco Vacation Rental - Heart of the City "Unit B" Cancellation & Reservation Policy
Payment Requirements: 15% payment of net rent due at time of reservation, remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, payable directly to the owner. Payment of balance can be made via check or money order. If guest wishes to pay outstanding balance with credit card, Pay Pal will be used and a 2.5% - 3.9% transaction fee will be levied by owner. Bank wire fees are the responsibility of guest. An additional $500 damage deposit due at the time of the reservation, payable directly to owner. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made within 2 weeks of arrival.
Cancellation & Refunds:All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 15% deposit is non-refundable.
Damage Charges & Theft:Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
