Parkview is one block from San Francisco's famous Buena Vista Park and also a single block away from public transit. San Francisco Vacation Rental - Parkview 3BD Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: One night payment at time of reservation, remainder to be paid at time of stay. Completely refundable damage deposit in the amount of $250 also required upon arrival at unit.

Cancellation & Refunds: Confirmed reservations cancelled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $70 processing fee. Confirmed reservations cancelled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge; unless the vacation rental can be re-rented. A $25 service fee will also be levied by Vacation-Renter, Inc.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
