Description: Unbelievable, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental flat on world famous Lombard Street! This upscale house is complete with hardwood floors throughout, marble bathrooms, granite counter tops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The home is elegantly furnished providing you comfort and luxury at an affordable price. Guests staying at this San Francisco vacation rental are just 5 blocks to Fisherman’s Wharf and within a few miles to almost every major attraction in San Francisco. You are just minutes away from the best of the city by the Bay. Parking for one vehicle can be reserved. Sleeping up to 6 adults, there is a $30 extra charge per person, per night for every person after 4.

In addition to this 2 bedroom flat, there is a separate 3 bedroom vacation rental unit on a different floor of the house which is also available for rent. Both units can be rented to accommodate groups up to 12-15 people. These units can also hold meetings, parties and any other type of social gathering. Price varies for these types of events. San Francisco Vacation Rental - Lombard 2 Bedroom Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements:14% of net rental rate (rate prior to taxes and cleaning) required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is collected no later than 48 hours after the initial reservation has been made and payable directly to owner. An additional 3% transaction fee will also be applied to the balance due. For arrivals within 7 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds:All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 14% initial deposit is non-refundable.

Damage Charges & Theft:Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
