SAN FRANCISCO VACATION CONDO RENTAL #8: City Views 2 Bedroom-- KIDS WELCOME

Description: Exquisite Views, Quiet Neighborhood - This City View 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located in the very desirable Ashbury Heights part of san Francisco. City View offers a comfortable space with fantastic views of San Francisco. Though situated in a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood, the unit is within walking distance of the Castro district, Golden Gate Park and Cole Valley neighborhood. Public transportation is nearby.

Upon entering City View you will find a pleasant living room with a pull out Queen sized couch. There is also a seating area looking out towards downtown San Francisco and the East Bay. The same room has a cozy eating area located next to a neatly tucked away kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dishwasher.

There is a small deck along the living room.  There is a master bedroom on the main floor that has a Queen sized bed and full bathroom, including a bathtub. The bedroom also includes a seating area with a desk.

City View includes a second bedroom down a flight of stairs. The second bedroom includes two single beds. There is also a full bathroom in the second bedroom suite.

Completely refundable damage deposit in the amount of $250 also required upon arrival at unit

Cancellation Policy - Confirmed reservations canceled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $100 processing fee. Confirmed reservations canceled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge; unless the vacation rental can be re-rented.
