There is a queen size bed, 1 twin futon, and 2 full size futons. There is a tranquil back patio and garden area. The unit is equipped with secure parking in the garage, and is kid friendly. This flat is located on a tree lined street in the Castro with views of Bernal Heights, Potrero Hill and the Mission District. You will be within walking distance to everything the Castro has to offer. Bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, tennis courts, parks and the famous Castro Theater. BART and the MUNI underground railway are just 3 blocks away.

San Francisco Vacation Rental - Exquisite 2 Bedroom Cancellation & No Show Policy

Payment Requirements: 50% payment of net rent due at time of reservation, remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, payable directly to the owner. An additional $200 damage deposit due at the time of the reservation, payable directly to owner. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. An additional $150 service fee will be levied.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
